Notre Dame Academy Cross Country Parent Volunteering
“Many Hands Make Light Work”! The following is representative of the full scheduled conference-based season listing of Meet-to-Meet Volunteer needs and descriptions. When reviewing this Sign-up Genius, please be sure to do so in its entirety; keep scrolling down through entire season of Meet-to-Meet Volunteer Needs.
Please note that for volunteer needs in support of weekend Invitationals, Sectionals and State Meets, there will be separate Sign-up Geniuses. This Sign-up Genius is specific ONLY for week-night conference-based Meets. For any one conference-based Meet, there are approximately “25” volunteers needed. Most volunteer needs are the same among the “2” Meets at Colburn Park (very near NDA) and “6” Meets at other conference school or Lakeland College locations. A total of “8” conference-based Meets, provides for an overall “200” volunteer support needs throughout the season. The NDA CC program has 100+ Runners. We are asking that each family fill a minimum of “2” volunteer positions across the “8” regular season/area meets. “Many Hands Make Light Work!” You are needed! Please help our NDA CC Runners and Coaches have excellent Meet experiences. The more we can do to permit them to ONLY focus on their Races is best for their personal Meet successes (scroll down below contact information for list and detailed descriptions of volunteer needs, then beneath that will be each Meet date, and relative volunteer needs with abbreviated description... this is where sign-up occurs).
Thank you in advance for your help!!!
