Maryvale Community Center PCR COVID Testing

February 2021 Locations

Vincere, in partnership with the City of Phoenix, will be administering RAPID PCR COVID-19 testing for active infection ZERO COST to the patient. 

You will receive your results within 12-24 hours through an online portal.  You will receive an email after testing to view your results.

THE CUTOFF FOR REGISTRATION IS 5 PM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR DESIRED TESTING DATE. FOR EXAMPLE, FOR A 2.9.2021 APPOINTMENT, BE SURE TO REGISTER BY 5PM ON 2.8.2021

• Your insurance company will be billed for the testing, there will be NO COST to the patient. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card or information and a photo ID.   If you do not have insurance, testing will be covered through the CARES act, please bring a photo ID. 

***  Due to high-demand and extremely tight scheduling, if you have a 1 PM appointment, please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Those that do not arrive by their appointment time, will need to be rescheduled for another day.

•Public safety personnel and health care professionals do not require an appointment and will be accommodated to the best of our ability.  However, if an appointment is made, the registration process will be much quicker as well as wait times.  Healthcare workers require badges as form of ID.

•Testing is available to everyone, 6 years and older

• Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.

• Schedule one person per slot and fill out the attached form and bring it with you to the appointment.  The number of slots available at a specified time is in (parenthesis)

Inclement weather conditions may preclude COVID TESTING ability to operate effectively. Please check our website prior to reporting to your scheduled test to ensure we will be on site.  This applies to walk ups as well.
