Read to Them

One Richmond, One Book Volunteer Sign Up

THANK YOU for your commitment to help serve the children of Richmond City Public Schools. We are kicking off our One Richmond, One Book program on October 22nd for three weeks at ALL RPS elementary schools. We are so glad you'll be a part of making it a great success! Please take a look at the roles and descriptions listed and sign up for one or more teams. Time and day details are included in the descriptions. We will discuss the commitments involved with each role at orientation. Many hands make light (and fun!) work.

We have a required Volunteer Orientation before the program starts. Please select the option that best fits your availability. For the safety of the children, every volunteer will complete a background check and volunteer agreement at Volunteer Orientation. The address for Volunteer Orientation is 2201 W Broad Street, 23220 at the Read to Them office.

We are so grateful for your support and generosity. Together we are helping create a culture of literacy in every home!
