Joint Health: Keep Moving!

Join us at the Library for an informative lunch & learn program with Dr. Brett Hodshon.  A doctor of chiropractic, Dr. Brett is passionate about maintaining physical health and ability, with a focus on managing pain and sports injuries without drugs or surgery.

Dr. Brett will share nutritional tips for healthy joints; easy exercises to maintain joint health; avoiding joint pain; and what to do should joint pain occur.

A light lunch will be served. This program is free and open to the public, however, registration is requested.

Dr. Brett received his B.S. from Rutgers in 2013 and his doctorate of chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2017. He practices in Boonton, focusing on the management of chronic and acute pain conditions and sports injuries, all without the use of drugs or surgery. He is an evidence-based practitioner who addresses the patient's needs and focuses on proper body mechanics to help patients get out and stay out of pain.
