Westwood High School

Project Graduation 2019

Project Graduation is an action-packed, ALL NIGHT CELEBRATION held in the school on Friday, May 24, 10 pm to 5 am.  Activities include a casino, a silent disco, a mechanical bull, inflatable games (ex: human foosball, twister, hungry hippo, soccer darts), dodge ball, arcade games, karaoke, movies, a DJ, a hypnotist and more!  Your participation is critical to providing a safe night of celebration for our graduates.  A variety of easy volunteer jobs are open.  Please sign up for a shift or two in support of this event, and invite your family and friends to help out too!

THIS HAS BEEN UPDATED: When you arrive on the night of the event, enter through the doors that are left of the band hall and not the Java Cafe entrance).

Reminder:  ATTENDING GRADUATES NEED TO BRING the following items to the cafeteria 15 – 20 minutes prior to mandatory Graduation practice on May 23 at 2 pm in the WHS cafeteria. Last name begins with:

A - F : 12-pack sodas or 6-pack tea

G - L: Set of individually-wrapped snacks (Goldfish, Cheez-Its, pretzels, chex mix, granola bars, etc.)

M - R: 12-pack bottled water

S - Z: Candy (packs of chocolate bars, M&Ms, Sour Patch, gummies, etc.)

For questions regarding volunteering,  contact the PG Volunteer Coordinators, Debbie Carver and Gavra Flood, at ([email protected] ).  For general Project Graduation questions, find information at http://whsprojectgrad.org or contact the Project Graduation Co-Chairs, Marisa Sladek and Laura Levinson ([email protected] ).

As a reminder, to improve student safety, any person wishing to volunteer in Round Rock ISD is required to complete a Volunteer Application.  Applications take 72 hours to process.  Here is the link:https://partners.roundrockisd.org/volunteer/
