YOGA: Please bring a yoga mat. Increase flexibility, build muscle strength, reduce stress and become more mindful with an hour of yoga! Yoga offerings include gentle yoga, mindful flow and hatha, look for new varieties each session. Taught by yoga instructors: Niki, Christine, Brooke or Kim.
ZUMBA: Please bring gym shoes & a water bottle. Join us for a one-hour full-body workout disguised as fun! No dance experience necessary. Shake off the day to world rhythms including Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Hip Hop, Pop and Bollywood. Taught by licensed Zumba instructor, Jessica Thull. All are welcome. Party hop to each session across the district!
JAZZERCISE: Please bring gym shoes & a water bottle. Walk into Jazzercise and you’ll discover a safe, friendly, motivating Instructor-led group fitness class. Your Instructor will guide you through dance cardio and strength training that will change your body and boost your mood. Taught by Chanhassen Jazzercise.
