Tent & Booth Set Up and Tent Take Down

This year, SJA is merging two festivals - Julifest and Marystown - into one huge celebration: JACS JAM.  Our goal is to build a strong Catholic community as one united parish, and merging two festivals into one great event.  We are excited, but need your help!

If you scroll through the tabs, and DO NOT see a category that you looked forward to from previous years, please reach out to any coordinator and we'd be happy to expand with more committed volunteers.

Tent/Booth Set Up

Tent rental company requires a minimum of 18 volunteers (ages 18+) assisting with set-up to avoid additional fees. Please arrive on time or we will be charged for each person under 18 people not on site by 4:45 pm.
