The PTA & Healthy Gators committee are pleased to announce the continuation of weekly Kids Morning Yoga!
Yoga helps kids to:
- Develop body awareness.
- Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way.
- Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement.
- Set their intention for a more productive day at school
Gator Mom, Amanda Pack has graciously volunteered to teach each Monday morning class in the Media Center from 815am-845am. Ms. Liu and Ms. Warrington are also volunteering their time to supervise the children so you do not need to stay with your child. This yoga class is open to all grades! No experience necessary, and yoga mats welcome but not required. We ask that you enter the media center through the back door, on the right side of the school, before the gym.
All tracks welcome to sign up, spots are limited to 28. If you sign up but your child cannot attend, please remove yourself from the sign up to allow others to participate.
