Centerstage Musical 2020
The Westborough Fine Arts Education Association (WFAEA) supports the Arts in the Westborough schools by providing enrichment programs, clinicians, field trips, supplies, uniforms, and more for our students. Selling concessions at school events is one of many fundraisers held throughout the year to support WFAEA's mission.
Please consider helping WFAEA by either volunteering to sell concessions or tickets, or donating baked goods, snacks and drinks. Baked goods may be homemade or purchased (no nuts please). Large brownies bars/cookies and cupcakes should be individually wrapped for sale. Smaller items can be wrapped 2-3 to a package. Please label drinks/snacks "concessions" and delivere to the tables outside the auditorium on your designated day at your performer's "call time" or at least one hour before the show (1:00 for matinees and 6:00 for evening shows).
We also need several volunteers to sell tickets and concessions at the 4 performances. All volunteers, please arrive 60 minutes before the show to help with setup. When the curtain closes for intermission, concession volunteers please make your way back to the lobby quickly to help sell. Please stay 30 minutes after the performance to help clean up.In addition, we are looking for someone to volunteer at the Seat of Recognition table and help distribute information about this fundraiser.
