Non-Profit Set-Up Instructions

Most Importantly: *Do not come to the market if you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick/tested positive for COVID-19.

• Please limit your use of the nonprofit space to ONE Saturday per month.
• Email Marie prior to your market date for the location of your space [email protected]
• Vehicular traffic is PROHIBITED within the confines of the market between 8am and 1pm. When possible, your non-profit will be assigned to a space within the market. If you are parking your vehicle in the assigned space and working from there, said vehicle must be in place by 8am and cannot leave before 1pm - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have your vehicle within the market space, you can set-up and leave any time between 8 am and 1 pm.
• Customers will be entering the market through the road entrances at N. Harrison and N. Washington
• Provide and set-up your own tent, tables, chairs.
• Any items you would like sell must be approved by the market manager, Marie Nuthall prior to your assigned Saturday
• Volunteers working your table must park their cars in the Brewers Lane lot OR the Safeway lot across from the market.
