Minnesota State Horticultural Society
Our volunteers make our time at the Great MN Get-Together a success year after year. You get free admission to the fair and discounts on MSHS merchandise. You will also meet fellow MSHS volunteers and members and have a fabulous time visiting with fairgoers!
The Membership Volunteer: Membership volunteers are responsible for introducing visitors to the benefits of MSHS membership and assisting our current members with their membership renewals.
The Generalist Volunteer: this person will engage with the public and answer questions about the educational display, help out around the booth when needed (i.e., restocking or helping bag merchandise), and recommend that fairgoers become MSHS members. Our educational theme this year is 150 years of seed starting. It should be a fun one to talk about with fairgoers.
Volunteers who signup for three or more shifts will receive a complimentary MSHS t-shirt!

There will be a short online training held for volunteers before the fair. You will have the option to join live or watch the recording. More information coming soon.
