Event Dates: SEPTEMBER 25th, 26th, & 27th
This year's tasty culinary event will take place on river boats and will be launched from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center lagoon.

We are seeking volunteers each night of the event to assist SARWA Event Staff with event logistics.
Volunteers will be assigned tasks upon arrival that include; helping to navigate ticket holders from street-level parking to the check-in area at The HBG Convention Center river level, check-in table, helping ticket holders on-and-off the boats at the different participating restaurants, and with change over and breakdown when the event is over by 9 PM.
- Must be 18 years old
-Stay for the duration of the event ( 4-5 hours max)
- Able to walk a few city blocks to your assigned post
- Able to answer questions for guests ( FAQ Sheet)
- Able to stand for one to four hours at a time
- Arrive 15-30 minutes before shift start time
-Be flexible with job duties assigned
-flexibility and agility required to board and disembark passengers on the boats
Volunteers will have the opportunity to enjoy tasting the different food and drink offerings during the event including dessert at the Bon Voyage party at the end of the night.
Due to limited seating on river boats, tickets to participate on another night will not offered to volunteers this year.

VOLUNTEERS WILL BE ASSIGNED A POST/ ASSIGNMENT ON ARRIVAL.
THE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY RUNS THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT, PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR ASSIGNMENT.
