River Walk Volunteers
Event Description:
This parade, dedicated to the men and women of the United States Armed Forces, features 18 patriotically decorated floats carrying all branches of military personnel. On-stage entertainment will serenade the floats through the Arneson River Theater.
Volunteer Job Roles & Descriptions:
General Event Volunteers:
- Assist with setting up signage and reserved sections of the Arneson
- Assist with teardown post-event
Energy Producers:
- Pass out flags and stickers to River Walk visitors
- Assist with fun energy-producing activities in the Arneson
Shift A: 9:30AM -11:30AM
Shift B: 10:30AM-1:00PM
Location: 418 Villita St., San Antonio, TX 78205
Attire: Comfortable shoes and Red, White, & Blue attire encouraged!
