Men's Shelter Meal

DUMC provides lunch the first Sunday of every month. *During COVID-19, servers are not needed.

NEW DROP OFF LOCATION!!! Deliver all food to the DALE HOUSE. There is an electronic handled, lock pad on the door to the Dale House - the KEY PAD CODE IS 7474. ALSO, there is a manual key box attached to the deck railing, to your left as you face the entry door - KEY BOX CODE IS 7474.

Please sign up to make a sausage or vegetarian casserole, purchase fruit cocktail, or purchase green beans.

Sausage and Egg Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 slices of bread (crusts removed)
Butter or margarine
1 lb pork sausage
2 c. (8 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk or half & half
1 tsp. salt
11-3/4” x 9-1/4” Disposable Pan
Butter one side of each bread slice and put in buttered disposable pan, plain side down.  Cook sausage, crumbling as it browns, drain and spoon over bread.  Sprinkle evenly with cheese.  In separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk and salt.  Pour into pan and bake 
uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
Vegetarian Casserole:  Make as above, omitting sausage, or use recipe of your choice.
