The TRX system leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises that build power and increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise.

Due to the small size of this class, please sign up to reserve your spot in class. Registration is only available two days prior to the class.

Classes will show on this page two days before the class.

If you discover you are unable to attend after registering, please remove yourself from the online sign-up so someone else can take your spot.
