Summit-Lake Dillon Optimist Club
Keystone’s Wine and Jazz Festival brings more than 300 varieties of wine – red, white, bubbly and everything in between as part of the festival’s Village Grand Tasting event, not to mention the Warren Station Reserve Wine Tasting on Friday evening to kick off the weekend’s festivities. Top it off with educational wine seminars and smooth (and free) jazz shows all weekend.
And those wine bottles don't pour themselves!!! The success of this festival relies on a strong base of volunteers and as a volunteer, you will be raising funds for the Summit-Lake Dillon Optimist Club.
So why support the Summit-Lake Dillon Optimist Club by volunteering?
The Summit Lake Dillon Optimist Club has been serving the youth of Summit County and the surrounding areas for over 41 years. During that time, the Optimists have initiated FREE programs for children in all fields of interest ranging from athletics and academic activities to community service endeavors and thousands of dollars for high school graduate scholarships. Our goal is to make the future brighter for our kids by bringing out the best in our youth, ourselves and our community.
Please note when you sign up for a shift, you may be moved or placed in a different position throughout the shift based on festival needs. We appreciate you being flexible as all of our positions are important.
By volunteering, you will not only raise money for the Optimists; you will also receive 5 complimentary food tasting tickets OR one complimentary drink ticket for your time. As a reminder, please take off your volunteer t-shirt when using your drink ticket, as we do not allow volunteers drinking during our volunteer shifts.
Lastly, we want to THANK YOU for signing up to support this event and we hope you have fun at the Keystone Wine and Jazz Festival!
