100% of the funds raised are used to enhance our school and make it an even better learning environment for our children.
The Walk-a-thon is one of Lafayette PTA's main fundraising events and is run completely by parent volunteers! Starting from the Walk-a-thon kick-off through its celebratory Movie Night, it takes over well over 100 volunteers to make this fun event happen. WE NEED YOU! There are lots of opportunities for you to participate, it’s great fun and a terrific way to get to the know kids, parents, and staff. It’s worth every minute! We’d love to have you join our team of volunteers. No matter how much (or little!) time you have, we have a spot for you!
PLEASE NOTE: We will have a seperate sign up for the day of the walk-a-thon. There are lots of tasks that we need help with outside of the event day. Please pay close attention to the day/date you are signing up for.
If you haven't already done your volunteer paperwork for the 2018/2019 school year please do so, it will need to be processed prior to the day of the event.
