Volunteer for Zero Waste at Juneteenth, on June 16th in Denver!

Juneteenth is teaming up with Eco-Cycle and Can'd Aid to go for Zero Waste! Come celebrate Juneteenth in the Historic Five Points Neighborhood in Denver, CO on 27th & Welton Street. Featuring the annual Juneteenth Parade and numerous live music performances including from Hip-Hop legend Rakim, the event will be a ton of fun from 12pm to 9pm.

Volunteering at a Zero Waste Event is fun and easy. You'll work as a Zero Waste Station "Goalie", making sure event-goers put their waste in the right place. You'll also help out with setting up or breaking down zero waste stations. This is a great opportunity to educate the public about Zero Waste, while attending a fun event!

There are four shifts available: 11am-1:30pm, 1:30-4pm, 4-6:30pm, 6:30-9pm. Each volunteer will be provided with a free lunch!
