Art in Autumn 2019

Welcome to our Art in Autumn 2019 Volunteer Sign-up. We hope you find this an easy way to sign up, get reminders and help your community host a wonderful event!

We are celebrating 13 years of the festival - and many artists tell us this is their favorite show, beacause of our fantastic volunteers!

Volunteers are needed for our event to help with booth relief, parking, water delivery, trash pick-up and to staff the information booth. Each volunteer gets a free t-shirt and a fun day working with great people.

This year we are also looking for a volunteer to be a Raffle Item Coordinator. We will give you the cues on what we will need and from whom, and you will also help with creating signage.

Please make a note if you have physical limitations that will prevent you from performing certain tasks.

Early morning volunteers should sign in at Mangum Pottery between 5:45 and 6 AM. All other volunteers, please check in at the Information Booth (at the intersection of Main Street & Merrimon Avenue) a few minutes prior to your designated time. [NB: if you're scheduled to arrive after 10 AM, please be sure you allow at least a few extra minutes to find parking.]

Thanks for being a part of Art In Autumn 2019!!
