Do you have a gift in administration? We have a variety of places you can help with SWAMP, depending on your availability.
Logistics Leader – This leader oversees the following areas –Updating the SWAMP Master Notebooks, Sign-in and Sign-out, T-shirts, Nametags, Daily notes, Updates to the prayer team, Printed Friday night program, Evaluation forms, Posting of schedules, and sometimes individual children’s schedules in and out of classrooms.
T-shirt Details Person – This volunteer arranges for good quality shirts, as well as an acceptable price. He/she must, according to sizes and quantity on registration lists, order t-shirts (including some extras) and have them delivered no later than Tues/Wed of SWAMP week. Then, this person labels the shirts with each child’s name (on paper pinned to each shirt) and hands them out on Thursday, checking sizes as they are given to children.
Nametag Creator - This person designs an Avery label, merging information from the registration forms to create, and then print nametags. Staff nametags should have the staff person’s name and title/area listed. Each student nametag should have the name, grade, and music or art track on the front with emergency contact info and allergy info on the back.
Nametag Filler and Organizer – These people fill the nametag badge holders with the printed name tags. Then, they organize them alphabetically for setting out at SWAMP check-in.
Bookkeeper – Our bookkeeper records receipts of income and expenditure and categorizes them for budget planning purposes. The person in this role does not need to pay any bills or collect any money.
