Men Helping Men
We're dedicated to providing meals to the Hebron House supported programs serving the homeless men in Waukesha County.
Our parish is providing meals eight times a month on Wednesdays and Saturdays. These meals need to feed 16 to 18 adult men. Volunteers prepare a meal at home, deliver the meal around 6 pm and greet the men that are there. It is not necessary to serve the meal or eat with the men. They may help you unload your meal from your car. They are very gracious. NO FOOD WITH PEANUTS due to food allergies. Your meal may be placed in disposable foil pans.
An example of a meal would include: main dish to feed up to 18 men, a side dish, three gallons of milk or fruit juice, apples, oranges or bananas - enough for each man to have one, couple of boxes of granola type bars or cookies or dessert if you desire.
In addition to meals, these shelters also welcome donations of bedding, toiletries, towels, laundry and cleaning supplies.
Click on "List View", which is found above the upper right corner of the calendar, to view who signed up and the nature of the dinner they plan to provide.
Please give Mike Skupien a call if you have any questions. His number is 262-366-2140.
Thank you for volunteering and serving the needs of our homeless brothers. God bless.
