Traffic Control

Work outside, not under a tent. Manage flow of cars from entry, through order taking to fulfillment, to exit. This team will need to be on their feet, be comfortable directing guests with fortitude, and work in tandem with greeters to ensure smooth flow

Greeters

Order Takers

Work in a tent “The ordering center.” Using iPADS, the team will have four people managing orders in two lines of cars. Will need to coordinate tagging each car with an order number so the orders can be fulfilled quickly.

Work outside under a tent, this team will help ensure orders are “picked” for the Order Delivery Team. The Hub will contain all items on the menu, in warmers, coolers or tables, laid out for rapid selection, then placed in area for Order Delivery team.
