Welcome to the HOPEWELL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC On-Line Scheduling tool.  It is important to read through these instructions carefully and make sure you follow the steps to insure an efficient vaccination process. 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has expanded eligibility for a second COVID-19 booster shot to all Americans age 50 and older who are not moderately or severely immunocompromised may choose to receive a second booster dose using an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine at least 4 months after the first booster dose.

The gym parking lot is best accessed via Autry Street.

Please do not set an appointment unless you plan on attending.  Remember that your clinic time scheduled is a reservation for a vaccination.  It is not a guaranteed time when you will receive your immunization.  Please be patient and follow the instructions of the clinic staff and we will work diligently to get you through the process as quickly as possible.

• Please bring Photo ID and Vaccination Cards.
• Please bring Insurance Cards.
• Arrive on Time.
