Welcome to the HOPEWELL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC On-Line Scheduling tool.  It is important to read through these instructions carefully and make sure you follow the steps to insure an efficient vaccination process. 

CDC recommends COVID-19 primary series vaccines for everyone ages 6 months and older, and COVID-19 boosters for everyone ages 5 years and older, if eligible. People who are moderately or severely immunocompromised have specific recommendations for COVID-19 vaccines, including boosters.

The gym parking lot is best accessed via Autry Street.

Please do not set an appointment unless you plan on attending.  Remember that your clinic time scheduled is a reservation for a vaccination.  It is not a guaranteed time when you will receive your immunization.  Please be patient and follow the instructions of the clinic staff and we will work diligently to get you through the process as quickly as possible.

• Arrive on Time.
