Gala 2022 Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you so much for supporting Birthday Dreams' 2022 Gala. The event is Saturday, October, 8th. Guests will check in at 6 pm.

Please note - all Check-In, Data Entry, Bidding Station and Live Auction Recorder volunteers MUST attend several trainings leading up to the event.  These will take place at the Birthday Dreams office (1084 Kirkland Ave NE, Renton, WA).  If you cannot make it, you will be assigned a different task at the gala. None of the Youth positions need training, unless you would like to work at a bidding station.

If you can, please sign-up for more than one task/shift.  We really need help during the live auction!

Please consider helping on the Clean Up Crew.  Most of us are terribly tired after a long day and could really use the help!

Tasks that can be staffed by youth are delineated with a YA (Youth Allowed).  If you are under 18, please put a (Y) next to your name.
