Thank you for volunteering to deliver meals on behalf of The ARK. The following is information that may be useful for you. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
- Please make sure you are wearing your mask when you arrive at The ARK to pick up your deliveries.
- We suggest you clear out your trunk as much as possible so we may load the food in your car for you to avoid contact.
- Please arrive within your half hour assigned time slot to help us keep orders moving smoothly.
- Each car will receive between 2-4 deliveries depending on the distance from The ARK and the size of the delivery.
- Please allow between 60-90 minutes to complete the deliveries.
- While we expect deliveries to be contactless, many of our clients are elderly or disabled. We ask that you bring the packages to the door of the home. In some instances, this may be an apartment building and may require that you enter and walk steps or ride an elevator. Should this present a problem please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
