SMB SIGNUP REVIEW CREW

2019 SMB 10/25 Fall Concession

Please note there are some changes with our volunteer sign up this season. Now you may choose a specific role! We have also combined 1/2time and 3rd quarter (shift 3 - 7:30-9pm) to help with transition. If you DO NOT have a child performing the half time show, please consider volunteering this slot. Always check salinemusicboosters.org for other sign up links to volunteer for future games!

Fun Fact: Game entrance is FREE for concession volunteers!

Important Information: This is our largest fundraiser for the Saline Music Program financially supporting students 5th-12th grades. In order to be successful, we need friends, family, neighbors, alumni, and students* to volunteer with us! After all, Many hands make light work.

2019 HOME GAME DATES: 9/6, 9/13 (8th-grade night), 9/20 (Homecoming), 10/18, 10/25 (Senior night)

When you arrive on game day:

  • Enter through the "PASS-GATE on the south side of the stadium" where you will be checked in as a concession volunteer per a list printed by noon the day of the game.

  • Bring a hat or bandana (or you'll be wearing a hairnet if assigned to a food-prep area!)

When it is your shift time, please try to arrive 10 minutes early to:

  • Sign in for your shift/zone

  • put on an apron and hat/ hairnet

  • learn about your role for the night

. Remember to remove your apron and leave it in the collection bin when you leave.

* REGARDING STUDENT VOLUNTEERS:

--> Student volunteers are limited to 7th grade and up, and must sign up online in advance. Students may only volunteer in NO MONEY EXCHANGING roles.

  • Middle School student volunteers must sign up and enter the stand WITH A SIGNED-UP ADULT to supervise them.

  • High school students may volunteer without an adult.

THANK YOU from the Saline Music Boosters! We appreciate your generosity and look forward to volunteering with you!
