2nd Annual Food Truck Extravaganza

The "2nd Annual Food Truck Extravaganza" event is scheduled Saturday, June 16, 2018, at the Stillwater Area High School parking lot, from 11:00 am-7:00 pm. Free entrance and VIP parking will be available to all of our volunteers.

SO YOU WANNA VOLUNTEER? SIMPLY...

1. Check out the many opportunities & time slots between 6:30 am - 8:00 pm.

2. Sign up for 1 or more that best fit your schedule.

3. Report to the Stillwater Chamber Tent near the entrance for your shift instructions.

Locate yourself in the main event. Please be familiar with space #'s to help vendors locate their space. Provide Special Permit pass if they did not get one in their way in. Direct military, kid's activity, special vehicles to their space.

The volunteer will communicate with the Lot Security Director to identify available parking space location & assist in the traffic flow in & out of public parking lot.

This person monitors the intersection & will direct flow of traffic from public 58th st. entrance to the back of school, if lots are available parking, or MAIN Lot.

Collect $1 admissions, provide wristbands and Liftbridge coupons to fathers, and have chamber materials available including an "Event Menu."

Musician Assistant/Raod Closed Enforcer-:Big Tent & Road behind Event - Manage

If needded, assist musicians with the unloading of equipment. Direct musicians to "Special Permit" northwest parking lot to park their vehicle. Keep an eye on the back of the event to ensure noone comes in from the north. Parade Barricades must stay.

Washington Co. Fairgrounds will be staffed by a Lot Security Director. Two (2) volunteers needed to coordinate parking.

 

58th St. Public Entrance Parking Lot Coordinators: Back of School (east side of building). (2)

Two volunteers needed and will use radios to direct the flow of parking from the public 58th St. entrance to the back available lot. Ensure fire lanes and the loading dock remains open. One four wheeler will be available for use.
