Food4Thought Snack Collection

The West Springfield Rotary Club and Britepaths have formed a strategic partnership to help feed local school children who often go hungry over the weekends and holidays. We are inviting the local community and other organizations to donate.

Click the red RSVP button now to volunteer or sign up to donate a complete snack bag. Donations are below the volunteer positions. Feel free to do either or both- use the "Add More Items" to add donations after you volunteer.

1- Please sign up for volunteer spots by 1/17/2021. We need 5 people to setup, up to 32 people during the event (please arrive by 1130 am) , and another 5 to cleanup.  Precautions will be taken to avoid virus spread.

2 - Please sign up for the completed snack packages you will be donating for this effort.  

3 - Monetary donations accepted online as noted in the signup.  $8 buys one snack bag which helps feed a child for a weekend.  

For snack bags: Please pack one individual package/cup of the following in a two gallon Ziplock Bag - Raman Noodle, Easy Mac, Fruit snack, Granola Bar, Fruit Juice Container, Cereal Box/Cup, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Tuna or Chicken, Fruit Cup.  Your completed bag needs to include all of these items.  See the image on the left for a visual of the items that to be included in your snack bag donation.

Please drop off food items on Monday, 1/18/2021 from 12 to 2 PM at:

There will be a marked drive thru lane for no-contact drop off.
