Sponsorship Committee Co-Chair (2)

This role will require monthly meeting attendance from now until the walk. In between meetings there will be tasks that have to be performed. Additionally, the role requires strong leadership to build a team and lead the day of the walk.

 

Logistics; Committee Member (20)

This group includes: Medical Support, Marketing, Photos/video arrangements, equipment/supply drop off and set up.

Sponsorship/prizes; Committee Member (20)

Securing financial sponsorships and prizes and soliciting businesses along side BSSRRN staff on behalf of the Walk for Hope 2019. 5 big raffle prizes and backpacks for swag donation

 

Registration; Committee Member (20)

Hosting the registration tent, registering anyone who hasn't already done the online registration, insuring they have all registration materials, sign in pre-registered participants ect.

 

Entertainment; Committee Member (20)

Ensuring there is entertainment at the walk and that needs of the vendors are met. Responsible for resource Tables: to host kids activities, band, and speakers

Food; Committee Member (20)

Coordinating food for the walk. Identify what foods we need and collecting donations of the food. Organize group of volunteers to pick up food and distribute the day of the walk. Responsible for: Festive food (popcorn and cotton candy), water, consessions

 

Entertainment Co-Chair (2)

Responsible for attending monthly meetings and communicating back to the Entertainment committee members any information. The co-chairs will partner in coordinating vendors to host give aways and/or kids activities and work with then walk coordinator.

Responsible for attending monthly meetings and communicating with the food committee members. Collecting donations of food, organizing food pick up and hand out at the walk.

Responsible for working with our administration to facilitate the registration process the day of the walk.
