Boat Control Volunteer (3)
Assist the ACA Officials to weigh the athletes' boats.
Venue Set-Up Coordinator
Coordinates set up of venue with Teams/Clubs, set up water stations, hang banners, set-up trash cans
Venue Set-Up Assistant (3)
Assists the Coordinator with set up of venue with Teams/Clubs, set up water stations, hang banners, set-up trash cans
Welcome Social Coordinator
Prepares the venue and coordinates with DJ Music and The Longstreet Clinic (refreshments) for the afternoon event (4–6 PM)
Concessions Set-Up (3)
Continue setting up concessions/merchandise
Set-up Coolers/Drinks Volunteer (2)
Set-up Coolers/Drinks for Boat Control area, Volunteers (TBD), have coolers ready by 6:45 AM for motor boats, gator provided for hauling!
Tower Set-up (VIP Room)
Prepare the 1st floor of the tower for snacks/drinks, make sure it is clean and ready to go on Wednesday!
Trailer Parking (3)
Help direct the trailers onto the Upper Plaza for Set-Up (will not last all day!)
Team Check-In (2)
Check-in teams and distribute materials, answer questions, collect waivers
Provide Desserts for Volunteers, VIP Room (6)
Bring cookies, brownies, etc. for volunteer lunches (individually wrapped, please)
Clean Up Venue (4)
Remove trash bags post Welcome Social Event. Gator provided. Dumpster, as well.
