FSHA Mad Hatter's Gala
Everyone is invited to help create amazing auction packages for The Mad Hatter's Gala SATURDAY, March 16, 2019.
The Mad Hatter's Gala committee needs your help! We are requesting donations for the silent and live auctions.
Please take a moment to review the list of themed auction packages listed below that we have streamlined for quality rather than quantity.
Here is how it works:
1. DONATE AN AUCTION PACKAGE! Review the list of packages below and find one that you would like to donate/purchase.
2. SIGN UP! You will be the point person for the package you sign up for. You may put it together yourself or create a team (e.g., Class of 2018 parents, a fellow FSHA family, group of alumna or friend) to join you in donating an auction package. The auction committee will follow up with you to answer any of your questions after you sign up.
3. HAVE FUN! BE CREATIVE! PUT TOGETHER YOUR PACKAGE! We are requesting gratefully that auction packages be presentation-ready.
4. FILL OUT THE FORM! An auction donation form must accompany your auction package (please include names of all donors). Please download the donation form. ( or see the attached form below).
5. DROP OFF AUCTION PACKAGE! Please drop off your presentation-ready auction package by February 25, 2019 to the advancement office (Cottage 3) or the admin building front desk. Remember to include your auction form with your package.
All individuals that participate will be recognized for your donation. We appreciate your participation in this amazing annual event. You know that it makes a difference! Thank you for your support.
