Unity in Our Community Emergency Food Pantries

Unity in Our Community Volunteers

The "Unity in Our Community" Campaign is an initiative of Shaker Heights interfaith congregations, neighborhood groups, and local residents of the city to respond to emergency hunger and food insecurity caused by the COVID-19 crisis.  Join us to volunteer, while maintaining wellness, safety and social distancing protocols, to assist our neighbors in need.

Two emergency pantries at Heights Christian Church and Christ Episcopal Church have come online to serve our neighbors.  This is a grassroots effort.  Therefore, we depend upon your generosity for our ability to help!

We are seeking volunteers!  If you are sick or immunocompromised, we ask that you forgo volunteering for this effort.  Volunteers must wear masks/face covering and gloves (such as a bandana, scarf, gardening gloves, work gloves, latex, etc.)

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Unity In Our Community Emergency Pantries Coordinator, Matt Mondry:  [email protected] OR 216-409-5098
