RHS Winter Ram Jam 2022 Volunteers

Winter Show is coming soon!  This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year and is the main source of helping our group to fulfill its mission to support and benefit the activities of RHS Bands and Color Guard with contributions toward music copyright costs, instruments for the band student's use (and repair of those instruments), as well as costs of transportation and registration for music education opportunities and so much more. Our goal is to keep participation for every band student - in every band - a rewarding experience and accessible to all students.

This is why your volunteer help and support is so important to make this event successful and to reach this year’s fundraising goal of $15,000.  It simply cannot be done without YOU!

We need volunteers throughout the day, so if at least one parent from every student’s family in Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Winter Percussion and Winter Guard will to commit to helping on Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will be able to meet our goal.  We need time-keepers, parking assistance, admissions and concessions  as well as help with setup / break-down the days before and after the event.

By the way, there is no experience or training needed!  There is something for everyone to do!

Please sign up for an opportunity below so we’ll know we can count on your help.
