Arrive at 7:30am for set up and 5:30pm for take down. If you can't make it at the designated times, please arrange with a fellow volunteer your times to work.
It's a good idea to take the Rotary Newsletter along with you as it has a list of Rotary Club members' phone numbers, in case you need to call a volunteer for assistance.
The Rotary Shed lock number is 6080. Be sure to lock the shed when you leave.
There are four flag routes. The best process is to have two volunteers for each route (although it can be done by one person).
Each route list will be in the Rotary Shed. Pay attention to any special notes on the list, such as taking a flag without a pole for Sutherlands, etc.
Important point - If you are only working the morning flag shift, be sure to RETURN THE LIST to the shed after you are done.
Make note of any flag holder/bracket repairs needed on the list and leave the lists in the shed when you're finished.
Make note of any potential businesses you may see along the way for the Rotary Club to approach.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
