Set-up race area 6:30-8:00 a.m.
Start/Finish line volunteers (8)
Cheer participants, hand out ribbons 8:45-10:00
Course Marshalls (10)
8:40-10:00 (or when police car goes by following last walker)
Water Station (6)
Fill/hand out water. Clean up cups. 8:45-10:00 a.m.
Volunteer Check-In (5)
Check in volunteers - 7:00-9:15
Finish Line water & food tent (6)
Set up food, water, hand out, clean up 7:30-11:00
Race Day Registration (25)
Split between pre-registered packet pick up, new registrations and t-shirt sales 7:15-9:15 a.m.
One Mile Fun Run Course Marshalls (15)
8:40-9:30 a.m. or when last walker goes by
Race tear down (10)
Tear down Raue Center area - banners, tables, signage, registration, food tent 10:30-11:15 a.m.
