Breaking the Barriers
Hi everyone! Thank you for your interest in Project 133, a food recycling project between local restaurants and homeless shelters. This project is a collaboration between BTB and Hammer & Chisel's Strike Network. Please sign up to participate in these food rescue trips (which occur every Tuesday after school in groups of two) below. You will need to provide your own transportation to pick up food from Bodacious Bagels (and other surrounding restaurants) in Ashland and deliver it to Turning Point Single Adult shelter in Framingham. Further details are provided in the project's protocol. It is VERY important to plan ahead and make sure you have transportation for these trips as both restaurants and homeless shelters are depending on YOU. Thank you for your commitment to preventing food waste, feeding the homeless, and helping the environment!
