Mass Sign Up

 

Following current State directives; recommendations allow for attendance of 50% of maximum building capacity, which provides for a greater "number" of people to be in the building, predicated on the proviso that we maintain the 6' physical distancing between people (who are not living in the same household), as well as continuing to wear a mask while in the building.   We will continue to utilize signup genius, but will allow a greater number of people to "sign up".  By continuing the signup (which is not mandatory), this provides a good approximation of space requirements, so that we are prepared with satellite space and staffing numbers to meet the expected needs of each Mass.  

Seating will be directed into the 1st Floor (main body) of the Church, 20 minutes before Mass begins. Ushers will check you in at the top of the ramp. We follow a first come / first seated entry into the Church for Mass until we reach the maximum allowed, and overflow signups will then be directed down to the gym.  

  • When signing up; enter the total number of people from your household that will be attending Mass in the quantity field. 
  • Signup is not mandatory, but very helpful for us to be prepared.
  • Masks must be worn at all times, except when receiving Holy Communion.
  • Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes early at the top of the ramp on 54th Ave. to check in and be assigned a seat.

For weekend Masses we ask you to only sign-up for one Mass each weekend. Please let everyone have a chance to attend. If there are any open slots 24 hours ahead of the Mass, they are fair game for repeat Mass attendees.

Archbishop Sample has extended the dispensation from attending Sunday Masses because of the limited number of spaces and because some may not want to attend during the period of covid-19. Weekday Masses are a great way to still receive the Lord during this time.
