WBFN Mindfulness Group
Whether you are new to mindfulness or you want to find more peace and balance in your life, this is the group for you ! In weekly meetings, we practice mindfulness and learn the strategies for coping with stress and anxiety with more compassion and lovingkindness.
Weekly Program: Mindfulness for Compassion (10/15 - 12/10). Caroline will lead the group through a journey of nurturing inner peace. Each session includes brief talk, guided practices and group discussions.
