WBFN Mindfulness Group
This is a place welcomes you, a place where you get to quiet your own mind, listen to your heart and where we get to listen to one another. In weekly meetings, we practice mindfulness meditation and learn the strategies for coping with stress and anxiety with more compassion and loving kindness.
7 Attitudes of Mindfulness (2/25 - 5/13). Caroline will lead the group through journey of exploring the core of mindfulness -7 attitudinal foundation. Each session includes mindful body movement, meditation and group discussions.
