Thank you for your interest in attending our optional summer workouts. This year, workouts are intended to prepare your body for the upcoming cheer season, help build your confidence as tryouts approach, and help you meet others who plan to tryout!
Due to the current regulations regarding COVID-19, teams are limited to groups of 25 including coaches. This allows 23 athletes to attend our workouts at once. We ask that you bring a mask; however you will not be required to wear your mask during the workout. We will continue to socially distance during our workout. Additionally, please be prepared to workout outside. This includes wearing sunscreen, bringing your own water, eating something prior to working out, etc.
You may sign up for as many workouts as you like. Please be considerate as we have limited slots; therefore, if you are not able to attend, we kindly ask that you remove your name so someone else can sign up!
- Attending these workouts will not affect our decision when selecting this year's teams.
- These workouts are free of cost.
- If you are interested in attending, but the sign up is full, please email me at [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the workout you wish to attend. We may be able to adjust our groups so that you can attend.
