First responders at our fire departments, sheriff's office, police stations, and hospitals are working hard to protect our safety and provide care to those suffering from COVID-19 -- putting their own health and safety at risk. Let's go be the church and demonstrate compassion to those on the front lines!
An easy way we can show people we care and appreciate their hard work is by dropping off a meal. So we are treating our first responders to pizza! Below you will find a few simple steps to volunteer.
Thanks for showing our community that Calvary cares!
STEP 1: Sign-up for a day and time. Check out what locations are available and select how many pizzas you can purchase and deliver from the drop down box.
STEP 2: Download and print the First Responders Thank You Note, write a brief note or have your kids draw a picture, and sign your name! (Visit Calvary.us/BeTheChurch to download. Extra copies will be available to you when you drop off your pizza if you are unable to print at home.)
STEP 3: Purchase a pizza from your favorite local pizza place, pick it up, and attach your note to the top. (This is also a great way to support local businesses!)
STEP 4: Deliver your pizza at the scheduled day, time, and location (a Calvary staff member will be there to receive your delivery).
[If you are unable to deliver but would like to donate please visit Calvary.us/BeTheChurch.]
