2021 Drives and Current Needs

Birthday kit supplies- We need cake mixes and frosting with sprinkles. We give these kits to the mom of kids we serve a week before the birthday so mom can make a cake! (50)

You can drop off anytime M-F 9-4 at the front office.

Food Drive The Backsnack Program feeds over 280 students in Olathe and Gardner every week. 2400 items leave our shelves every week. Needed items are canned soup(with meat), individual oatmeal pkts and juice boxes

Food Co-op Supplies. Every week our Food Co-ops can be found in various apartment communities. We get bulk deliveries of food. We sort them into smaller portions. Needs: Gal & Qt Ziploc bags, 55 gal trash bags, paper towel, box tape & disp. latex glove

Host: A Rice and Beans bagging party. Purchase Large quantities of Rice, Black beans, and bag them in quart size bags. These items will be distributed with our Food Co-op on Fridays

Host: A welcome Basket Packing Party. Create baskets for new residents with note pads/pens, dish soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap, etc

Diaper Drive We serve many families who don’t always have the means to buy diapers. Sizes 1,5,6 would be most helpful
