Spring Concert

This involves coordinating refreshments and baked goods to be served at the Concert. Refreshments will need to be organized.  Each family is asked to bring one dozen cookies or baked items to the concert.

Coordinator will earn hours listed and if helping at event will need to select additional areas of interest/help.  

Coordinator is responsible for pre-event tasks, securing staff and attending home and school meeting one month prior to scheduled event. 

Coordinator to view attached sheet for information on event.
