Thank you for volunteering to work in the Bruin Athletic Boosters Club Stadium Concession Stand and/or the Merchandise Stand. Your help is vital to the success of the Bruin Athletic Boosters Club. The concession stand is one of the biggest fundraisers for our students' sports programs. We have new merchandise offerings this year and hope it is as successful. These are fun & easy ways to be involved in your child's sports :)
Merchandise sale shifts have been chosen to cover as many Broadneck sporting events as possible. Every booster member or school supporter is asked to sign up for these shifts. Shifts are 2 to 3 hours.
Concession stand shifts are set for Boys & Girls, JV & V games separately. Every Fall Team has been assigned specific events. You can find the slots your team is scheduled to cover in the Available Slots column. It is in dark gray. You may also contact your TEAM PARENT. Your shift duties may include: food prep & cooking, food service, taking orders, cash handling and clean-up at closing. You will be given your assignment (along with details/instructions) when you report to the stand. For most events, shifts start 15-30 minutes prior to game time and the end time is a "goal" where we are finished cleaning & locking the door, however, that time may be adjusted based on sales volume, game delays and/or overtime games. If a GAME is RESCHEDULED due to weather or other events, please let us know if you aren't able to fulfill your shift for the new date and time!
For each volunteer shift you fulfill, your name will automatically be entered into an end-of-season drawing for either a $100, $50 or $25 Visa Gift Card.
Please note, if we do not have enough volunteers for an event, the concession stand WILL NOT open!
