Sean Ryan of Positive Energy Sports Performance is offering a Winter Mini Camp* to help strengthen and prepare our athletes for track season. The camp consists of four sessions, Dec 5th, 10th, 12th and 17th, all held at 2:30 pm at the Costa Track (with 12/17 starting at 12:30 pm due to minimum day). Total cost is $15 per person with a max of 40 slots and includes four 45-minute sessions, a resistance band, and handouts with the guidelines of each exercise.

One low cost of $15 (paid directly to Sean Ryan) includes:
4 x 45-minute running-specific strength training sessions
Exercise handout with photos and guidelines
Consistency in training build champions. There is no surer way to be inconsistent, than be injury prone.
*While this mini camp is optional, it is highly recommended by Coach Renee.
