Chili dinner

Post March for Life Carry Out Chili Dinner

Once again, it is time to support those from our parish who will join the March for Life on Friday, January 29th.  So, dust off your crock pots and pull out your best meat chili or vegetarian soup recipe to help welcome home our fellow parishioners after a long day standing up for our most vulnerable citizens.

Our parish will once again have 4 busses heading in for the event.  Unlike previous years, we cannot share the welcome home meal together at their homecoming; but we would like to show our support and gratitude for their efforts by providing a warm meal for them to take home and enjoy.  Can you join us in making this happen?

As with everything else, this well-attended annual parish event will be modified.  See the sign-up slots for ways that you can help.

Please drop off to the parish hall a labeled crock pot of meat chili, vegetarian soup, or mac and cheese. Or if you prefer, rolls, corn bread muffins, cookies, salad bags, or clementines.  Additionally, kitchen volunteers to get the take-out items packaged and distributed are certainly needed! There are 2 drop off times on the day of the March for you to choose from:

  1. Before or after the 10:30 am Mass
  2. After 2:30 pm

Please pick up your crock pot by 7:00 pm.

***If we have to pivot and change plans due to unforeseen circumstances, I will let you know ASAP.  Therefore, it is important to provide a phone number on your sign up so I can reach you (FYI - I will be the only one that can view it on this form).***

God bless all that you do to build a Culture of Life!

God’s peace,

Sheri Burns
