Office hours are a combination of drop-in and appointment-based.
Here's the sign-up process:
1) If you need a specific time for the meeting then sign up for an appointment during that day's office hours.
2) Follow the sample sign-up format (arrival time, length of appt ~ 10:30AM, 10 minutes). Student appointments are generally 10 minutes, but can be longer if needed (max is 20 minutes for undergraduates, 30 minutes for graduate students). Your name will automatically appear when you sign-up.
3) Do NOT sign-up for a time that has already been taken by another student. Propose another time during office hours.
4) Appointments are capped at 7 per session. After 7 sign-ups, office hours defaults to drop-in so still feel free to come by if needed and I'll do my best to fit you in-between appointments.
Any scheduling changes will be made directly on this sheet. Email the professor directly if you need to schedule an appointment outside of these hours.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to CANCEL your appointment if you're unable to keep it for whatever reason.
