Each spot is 15ft x 15ft so if your tent is bigger than that you will need to sign up for more than one block. There is a 5 ft walk way between each row so you can not sign up for 1 block and 19 block for example it will have to be block 1 and block 2 The number coresponds with the tailgating map so please review before signing up. Ambassadors will be present to help you find your spot on October 21. Also- ramp will close for ANY drop offs at 1 p.m. on October 21.
Holmes maintenance is not resposible for set up and removal of any tents- please do not submit a work order to request help. All parties are responsible for their ownset up.
No golf carts or any vehicles on the grass. All golf carts will have to park at the top of the hill in the grass after 1:00 p.m.
We will provide a dumpster behind the porable restrooms so each tent needs to make sure their trash is placed in the dumpster prior to leaving the evening of Homecoming.
Your tent and things under your tent are required to be removed before midnight of October 21. Holmes maintenance is not responsible for any damage or lost tents.
