2018 Mystic Outdoor Art Festival
Our volunteers are ambassadors for the Mystic Outdoor Art Festival (MOAF) and the Mystic Community… they are the heart and soul of this Festival and your contribution is not only appreciated but also essential to our success.
Street Captains and Set-Up Team: Responsible for greeting arriving artists, checking to make sure all artists/vendors are following MOAF guidelines, control proper booth set up, answer questions and assist artists when needed.
Street Assistants: Responsible for making sure all artists and vendors continue to follow MOAF guidelines. Also make themselves available for rest breaks and bathrooms breaks for the artists. Keep an eye on the trash barrels on their street, and let a committee person know if they are completely filled.
Information Booth Assistants: Responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions for sales of merchandise. Also available to answer questions and give out important information to show exhibitors and attendees.
Children’s Art Park: Assist the staff and children in the Art Park with whatever project is currently ongoing.
Artist Award Breakfast: Assist with setting up and breaking down breakfast/coffee for artists.
Street Marker (THURSDAY AUG. 9TH ONLY): Assist with measuring out and marking the booths on the streets
